HYPNOTHERAPY
According to the Free Dictionary, hypnotherapy is described as “the use of hypnosis to treat disorders such as addictions, phobias, depression and change unwanted habits and behaviours, to induce relaxation.”
Hypnosis is a deeply relaxing therapy where you enter a different state of consciousness in order to access the subconscious mind and replace unwanted, negative behaviours and thoughts with positive ones.
Although you will feel deeply relaxed, you will still be aware, and in control. Hypnotherapy cannot make you do anything you do not wish to. Hypnosis should be relaxing and enjoyable, and you are always in control of what you say and do.
Hypnotherapy is great for most things, these are just a few from a vast list:
Stopping Smoking
Weight Loss
Anxiety and phobias
Habit control
Enhancing self-esteem, self-confidence
Depression
